My customer has accidentally unsubscribed

If a customer unsubscribes from receiving email invitations for surveys but did not mean to, it is possible to resubscribe them in your module.  

  1. Navigate to the CONFIGURE tab in your SURVEYS module
  2. Scroll to the bottom of the page
  3. Enter the customer's email address in the RESUBSCRIBE box 
  4. Click RESUBSCRIBE and the SAVE CHANGES buttons

Ensure you have the correct email address from your customer. Some customers may have a number of email addresses on your ticketing system so before resubscribing, check the correct one to use.
