My customer has accidentally unsubscribed
If a customer unsubscribes from receiving email invitations for surveys but did not mean to, it is possible to resubscribe them in your module.
- Navigate to the CONFIGURE tab in your SURVEYS module
- Scroll to the bottom of the page
- Enter the customer's email address in the RESUBSCRIBE box
- Click RESUBSCRIBE and the SAVE CHANGES buttons
Ensure you have the correct email address from your customer. Some customers may have a number of email addresses on your ticketing system so before resubscribing, check the correct one to use.
