Users can configure their account so ALL PERFORMANCES are sent a post-show survey, using the default email and survey templates.

Any performance taking place in the next four weeks will have a survey automatically assigned to it. For any performances that you wish to exclude from this process, simply switch the On/Off button to Off.
 

1. Navigate to the CONFIGURE tab

Scroll down to the AUTO SCHEDULE section and change the switch to ON
