Getting Started
Purple Seven's application is modular so all of the functionality is behind one login.
1. Access your application by navigating to the LOGIN PAGE
2. You will have received your login password by email. If you have not, please check your email JUNK/SPAM folders, or contact support if you think it has not been received.
3. Your USERNAME is your email address
After login, you will be taken to the homepage. From here you can see the modules available on the left hand side of the screen.
Navigate to the INSIGHTS module
You are now at the INSIGHTS homepage. You will see 2 tabs at the top:
- Standard - all standard insights that are part of the Insights licence appear here.
- Custom - If you have commissioned any custom insights from Purple Seven, they will appear here.
About Insights
Insights are grouped into sections for ease of navigation.
To see the list of insights available in each section, click on the ARROW on the left hand side of the category bar.
NOTE: Insights that contain Personally Identifiable (PI) data are marked with the icon below.
Add to Favourites
Any Insight from any category can be added to your FAVOURITES and will then appear in the FAVOURITES category at the top.
To add an insight to your FAVOURITES, click the STAR icon. When the STAR is highlighted, this insight will appear in your FAVOURITES section.
Run an Insight
To run any Insight, simply click on the GO button.
