To set up your AV hosted DDX, TRG/Purple Seven need access to your AV system, this requires a Purple Seven user account to be created. This article explains how to do that.

It is best practice that the user is assigned to a security group that has the following permissions (you may  need to create a new security group if an appropriate one does not exist):

• Access to Registry to create an SFTP node (alternatively you can complete this step with SFTP credentials we provide)
• Access to Utilities -> Install 
• Access to New Business Intelligence and Reports to manage and edit the BI searches once created
• User permissions - all actions associated with the TSsearchBO object         
• User permissions - all actions associated with the TSscriptJobsBO object

Once the user is created, please send the username, password and your AV URL of your system to [email protected].
