For Spektrix users, there are two simple steps to complete to activate your data feed. 

STEP 1: Turn on Third Party Integration for Purple Seven: 

Navigate to Settings Interface:

Then Configuration - System Setup:

Then Third Party Integrations:

And finally switch on 'Allow Purple Seven to access my data':

STEP 2: Set up an API user

Navigate to Settings Interface:

Then Users - API Accounts:

Create a new API account:

Complete the new API account as shown below using the following information:

1. Username - PurpleSeven
2. Email Address - [email protected]
3. Phone Number:
   1. UK - +447723497572
   2. US - +18065890313

Large organisations may be required to complete an additional step to capture your historic data. We will be in touch if this is the case.

For Ticketsolve users, there are two simple steps to complete to activate your data feed. 

STEP 1: Send us your Ticketsolve Venue Name: 

This is usually a concatenated version of your venue name (e.g. theatreroyal) and appears in the URL when you go to book a ticket. Please send this to [email protected] 

STEP 2: Purple Seven generate API key: 

Using the venue name, we will generate an API key and send this to Ticketsolve support for authentication.

Once the API key has been authenticated, your data feed will activate.
