Dashboards
Dashboard reporting is now live in the surveys module. This can be found under the REPORTS tab. For more information on how to interpret your results, please visit the SURVEYS module help materials.
Clone Email and Survey Templates
New functionality enabling users to quickly create additional survey templates and email invitation templates using a CLONE feature. FIND OUT HOW
Customer Service Question
You can now ask customers if they wish to make their contact details known so your Customer Service team can contact them. FIND OUT HOW
Change to canvas size
The canvas size of the viewable page for one-click reports in the INSIGHTS tab has been widened.
Link to Knowledgebase
Users can now access additional help materials directly from the application. Help materials are searchable in a knowledgebase which can be accessed from the User menu in the top right hand corner.
Performance date and time in Edit survey panel
The performance date and time now appears in the EDIT panel which pops up from the Surveys>Schedule page.
Question Library improved information
We have introduced a 'hover over' feature to the Question Library page that shows the wording of the question as seen by customers.
Re-order schedule page
The Schedule page now displays performances in DATE and TIME order.
Add a default logo to your account
Users can add a standard company logo that will be used as the default on all new survey and email invitation templates. FIND OUT HOW
Schedule Retrospective Surveys
Users are now able to schedule surveys for events over the previous 3 months. FIND OUT HOW
Auto-schedule surveys for all performances
Users can set as a default for all performances to be sent a survey. This functionality is in the global configurations and will use the template set as default. FIND OUT HOW
View email on the web link
The ability for customers to view the email invitation online is now included as a URL in the email invitations. This overcomes some issues where customer's devices were not displaying the email correctly.
