We collect data around 3 core entities: 

1. Customer Data - fully personalised including name, address, email, telephone, data protection preferences
2. Sales Data - including seat and/or ticket numbers, monetary value, date of transaction, concession type
3. Performance Data - including name of the show, dates, times, capacity (not from all ticketing systems)

In addition to these three data entities Purple Seven may also collect data that will vary between ticketing systems. These include: 

• Customer, Sales & Performance categorisation - this could include genre, customer type, discount types, sales channels and depends on the coding or tags used in the ticketing system
• Memberships
• Subscriptions 
• Donations 
• Merchandise
