We work with all the major ticketing systems and have put in place processes to collect the data in partnership with the ticketing suppliers. The data is extracted daily for the most accurate results so that you can survey as many customers as possible. This means we don't have to bother you to ask for manual uploads that are unsecure and time consuming and out of date as soon as you've done them.
