Event Home Page - Event Snapshot Report

The Event Snapshot Report provides a snapshot in time of a single event's sales performance.   

Access

The Event Snapshot Report is accessed via the 'Choose a report' dropdown menu next to each event in the event list panel of the Event Home Page dashboard:

Orientation

The first section of the report (below) provides summary data with a breakdown of total Bookers, Visits, Tickets and Revenue, with resulting Frequency, Group Size and Average Ticket Price calculations. 

To the left there is a customer segmentation overview that displays the percentage of bookers that fall into each customer segment type - Acquisition, Current Customers, and Re-engagement (see the Customer Segmentation model is explained here).

There is also a breakdown of Total Capacity and Capacity Achieved, Sales Rank, and Demand indicator.

The demand indicator is only populated for events that have performances in the future.

Hovering over elements in the report will provide contextual information.

The report continues by breaking sales down by:

  • Booker Behaviour
  • Event Crossover
  • Discount Codes / Ticket types
  • Packages (if applicable to you)
  • Price Bands
  • Sales Channels
  • Booker Location

The data within this report loads as you scroll down the page, indicated by rotating spheres at the bottom right of the screen, you may need to wait briefly for additional pages to load.

Export

This report can be exported easily to PDF by right-clicking anywhere on the report, selecting 'Share' from the contextual menu, and following the steps.

You can also create a notification to have this report sent to people in your organisation on a scheduled basis by right-clicking anywhere in the report, selecting 'Notification' from the contextual menu, and following the steps.
