Free Trial of Modules
Users can activate a free 30-day trial of any module from within the application.
Activate your free trial
1. Go to the module you are interested in trialling using the menu on the left hand side of the screen
2. If your organisation does not have a subscription, you will be given the option to activate your free trial. As standard, this is a 30 day trial period.
3. Click on the GET LICENSE button
4. In a new pop up, you will be asked to enter your application login credentials to authorise the free trial.
Access to the module will be granted immediately however some functionality may require an overnight refresh of your ticketing data.
