Purple Seven insights uses the data collected from your ticketing system to power the report. Therefore we need to set up a data feed to get you started. Firstly, get in touch to let us know you would like to sign up and what ticketing system you use and we'll get the quick set up process underway.

Before we can collect your data we ask that you sign our Data Confidentiality Agreement. This outlines our role as a Data Processor and gives you an outline of how we process your data.

This is sent to you via Docusign software so there is no need to print and re-scan the document just provide us a secure online signature.

We work with all the major ticketing systems and have put in place processes to collect the data in partnership with the ticketing suppliers. The data is extracted daily for the most accurate results. This means we don't have to bother you to ask for manual uploads that are unsecure and time consuming.

Once your data feed is set up we'll start sending you the reports.

The Purple Seven Insights report is sent to you as a unique URL on a regular basis, and can be shared with your colleagues by typing their email address into the share box at the top of the report page.
