By default all survey responses are anonymised however, new functionality released this month means you can give your customers the option to see their contact details and their survey responses together. 

Adding in this question option will add it to the bottom of the survey page. Customers can choose to share their contact details and make further comments. 

To view the customers who have opted to share their responses, go to the INSIGHTS tab and run the report for this functionality.
