Tessitura for Consortia
Where a single Tessitura instance operates the ticketing for a number of different organisations, it is possible to extract a single organisation using Tessitura's Control ID functionality.
When we create your account in our systems we specify your Control ID so only this data will be collected from the shared Tessitura system.

Where can I find my Control Group ID's?
Your Tessitura administrator will be able to tell you this, or the person responsible for setting up your seasons on the system.
They are always numeric (usually single or double digits) and are found in the TR_CONTROL_GROUP table.
